NeoMail Web based Email summary

The web based email NeoMail is fairly straight forward. The short text description below describes some of the main function buttons in NeoMail and what you can do with them. This is basically a short summary reference of Neomail main functions, and not a detailed help guide on how to use NeoMail.
Note: You can only use plain text in NeoMail,HTML code is not allowed.
NeoMail functions:
Inbox - Select an email folder to display the messages within the folder. The default selected folder is your Inbox.
Compose - Compose new email messages and send it by clicking the Send button. Please ensure not to use HTML code in your email message, only plain text is allowed.
Refresh - Refresh the currently displayed web page. This is mostly used to check if there are new email messages since this window session was opened.
User Preferences - Shows the user Preferences option page, which you can set a range of preferred options., such as default language, number of email messages per page, and setup a default email signature for your new messages and replies.
Address Book - Show up the Address Book of your saved contact email addresses. Click on an email address to create and compose a new email message with the clicked email address automatically added to the recipient list of the new email message.
Folders - Create new email folders and delete old unwanted folders. it is handy to have email folders for organizing your email messages.
Empty Trash - Permanently removed deleted messages in the neomail-trash folder, please note that by default,deleted messages are being move to the neomail-trash folder, it is important to empty the neomail-trash folder periodically.
Logout - Closes the current NeoMail session.
Page Navigation - Move between the first, previous, next, last, or any specific page of email.
Move - Move the selected items to the current folder - the default folder is the neomail-trash folder. Click the tick box beside a specific email message to select, or click the All tick box to select all email messages in this current window.
