Creating a MySQL database user
After a new MySQL database is created in your MySQL hosting server, you need to create MySQL database users and grant access for the MySQL database user to the MySQL database. Please refer to Grant a user's permissions to a MySQL database for details on granting MySQL database access permissions.
To create a MySQL database user:
Click MySQL databases button on domain hosting account control panel.
Enter the new MySQL database user name in the UserName field and password in the Password field.
Click Add User button and the new MySQL database user is created.
