Removing email accounts

You can remove email accounts when it is not needed anymore. Please take note that you are not allowed to delete your hosting account default email account.

NOTE: Please ensure you have downloaded all email messages that you want to keep before deleting the email account, as removing the email account will also remote all messages in that email account and once deleted, there is no chance to recover.

To remove an email account:

1. Click Add/Remove Accounts option in the Mail option in Cpanel hosting account control panel.

2. Click Delete button beside the target email account.

3. Click Yes and the email accunt is then permanently removed.
