Deleting a MIME type
You can remove newly added customized MIME types when you no longer need it. Please be noted that you can only remove the additional MIME types that you have added but not the default MIME types already included in the web server MIME type list.
To removed customized MIME type:
Click MIME Types in your cpanel hosting account control panel.
Select the customized MIME type to be removed from the list below User Defined MIME Types.
Click Delete to remove the MIME type from your web server.
