Restoring your website from a backup
In case this is a bad day and your are hit with a server crash, and you have been keeping regular backups of your website, you can quickly restore the website using your most recent backup file to a new server to minize the lost done by the server crash.
To restore your website from a backup file:
Click Backup button on the cpanel hosting account control panel.
Click Browse... button beside the relevant location you wish to restore.
Locate the backup file and double click to select it (in .gz format).
Click Upload button.
Note: Larger file takes longer to upload and process so be patience if you have a large backup file.
