How can I change my credit card info for my hosting account ?
To update card info for your futurepay agreement, you need to visit worldpay at :-
https://support.worldpay.com/shopper/
Login with the username/password worldpay sent to you when you first register the futurepay agreement (login info in the futurepay agreement email worldpay sent you after the registration process) and update the card info accordingly, worldpay will attempt to process the payment every 24 hours for up to three attemtps. There will be no further attempts after system failing the final attempt to process payment on your card, hosting account will then be suspended following a notice to you notifying the status.
NOTE2: If you have updated card info and re-activated your futurepay agreement(s), please remember to drop us a note so that we can follow up on the issue for you.
NOTE3: If you have chosen 'Pay with Worldpay' link on your previous invoice (which is a one-time payment, not an auto-recurring payment type), you will need to login to billing system to manually submit payment for this invoice again.
