- I have just done up a website using my Frontpage program, what am I suppose to do after I signup a hosting account with you ?
First, you should login to your new hosting account control panel and activate the Frontpage Extensions.
When your domain has resolved to your new hosting account (means you have change the nameserver for your domain and your ISP has picked up the change, which generally takes about 24-72 hours after you submit the nameserver change).
After Frontpage Extensions has been installed in your hosting acount, you can then publish from your Frontpage program to your domain (make sure you publish to http://yourdomainname.com/ , trailing "/" is a must, or publish to http://yourdomainname.com/public_html ).
Also make sure your website entry page is named "index.htm" before you publish your website, if any of these is wrong your website will not be working properly.

There are few tips here :-
- You have publish to wrong place, make sure you are publishing to "http://yourdomain.com/" or "http://yourdomain.com/public_html"
- You have not named your website entry page to "index.htm". Rename your website entry page to "index.htm" in your Frontpage program and publish again.

- I think I have made some mistake when publishing, everything is not working now, what am I suppose to do ?
IF you have not follow the guidelines when publishing, most likely your Frontpage program will :-
- Upload your files to wrong folders in your hosting account (usually they are all landed in "/home/yourusername/", the proper place should be "/home/yourusername/public_html")
- A very important link name "www" is removed (it should be re-link by issueing command at shell "ln -s public_html www". You will have to inform us to get this back in for you)
- Your "public_html" folder permissions are altered (it should be "rwxr-xr-x" or chmod 755. You will have to inform us to restore the permissions for you)
If you have published wrongly, the best is to check if the above is correctly (if you are familiar with them), else open a support ticket and we will have it restored for you.
